| San Diego, CA (Worldwide Gamble) - The San Diego Chargers signed restricted free-agent tackle Mario Henderson and long snapper Mike Windt to one-year contracts on Friday. The 27-year-old Henderson has spent his entire four-year career with the Oakland Raiders, making 28 starts during that span. Windt, 25, has played in 27 games for the Chargers over his two-year career. |

| . Terms of the signings, announced Tuesday, were not disclosed. Mitchell spent last season with the Miami Dolphins after playing his first four years for the New Orleans Saints. He had 30 tackles and one interception in 16 games as a backup. Carr played the last three seasons for the Baltimore Ravens. The seven-year veteran made 19 tackles in nine games, including one start. His first career interception, with the Oakland Raiders in 2006, was returned 100 yards for a touchdown against the Pittsburgh Steelers. |

| Indianapolis, IN (Worldwide Gamble) - The Indianapolis Colts signed offensive lineman Samson Satele on Wednesday. The 6-foot-3, 300-pounder spent the past three seasons with the Oakland Raiders. He was originally selected by the Miami Dolphins in the second round of the 2007 NFL Draft and played two seasons (2007-08) with the Dolphins before being traded to Oakland.
