| New York, NY (Worldwide Gamble) - Through a trade, the Philadelphia Eagles inched up three spots in the NFL Draft Thursday and took defensive tackle Fletcher Cox with the 12th overall pick. In the deal with Seattle, the Eagles gave the Seahawks the No. 15 selection plus a fourth and sixth-round draft pick. Over 12 games during his junior season at Mississippi State, Cox registered 56 tackles while leading the Bulldogs in both tackles for loss (14.5), sacks (5.0) and blocked kicks (two). |
