To process your payout we require the following:
- A copy of a valid form of ID (Driver's License or Passport)
- Copy of utility bill showing your name and address
We only require you to submit this information ONCE. We securely file your information for future withdrawals so you never have to re-submit information.
Please scan your documents, save them preferably as jpegs and attach them to an e-mail to the following address: documents@gamingsupport.net or alternatively, click here to upload your documentation to our secure server for review.
Please check the quality of your scans to ensure that all pertinent information is legible. The attachment or attachments should not exceed 5MB in total and ideally should be much smaller.
When processing your withdrawal, we may send some funds back to a credit card if it was recently used for a deposit.
The timeframe for you to receive your payouts will vary depending on the method selected and current number of requests. While we work to have your payments processed as quickly as possible, some may take longer than specified.
PIN-Personal Identification Number
In order to ensure that you are the only person who can withdraw funds from your account, you must enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN) before you can make a withdrawal.
This number was sent to you via email when you signed up.
