When you open an account with our site, you are opening an account with EFS Caribbean which handles
all our monetary transactions. Electronic Financial Services Caribbean Inc. (EFS) acts as an international
currency converter and a secure Internet transaction gateway for our site. EFS utilizes proprietary
encoding and processing technologies which allow for complete security for financial transactions
via the Internet.
EFS Caribbean uses SSL Protocol to provide privacy and reliability between two communicating applications.
SSL uses 128 bit encryption, which ensures server and client authentication. This is done through
encrypted algorithms and cryptographic keys. What all this means is that before any data is sent
from you, the client, to the server, or vice versa, the data is encrypted before it is transmitted.
This will make it impossible for anyone to break this code and gain any confidential information,
providing you with the highest security.

YOUR ACCOUNT: EFS BANKING
Our EFS banking system lets you deposit and withdraw money from your account. We accept all of
the most common credit cards like Visa, MasterCard and etc. You can read more about each option
below. The official currency is U.S. Dollars.
DEPOSITING MONEY
As a registered member, you can deposit real money into your account using any of the following
methods:
* Credit Card
* Money Transfer
* Bank Wire
PURCHASING V-CHIPS
The next step after depositing money into your account is to purchase V-Chips. V-Chips are the
electronic money we use inside the casino. They function just like the chips you get at a normal
casino.
Download Version:
- Select C to enter the V-CHIP ACCOUNT. There you can purchase and sell V-chips. If you do not
have any, you can purchase any amount up to your total EFS Balance. Later when you want to withdraw
money from the casino you can sell any or all of your V-chips.

After loging into EFS, click "V-Chip Transactions." Then click "Buy V-Chips." From here you
may enter the amount of V-Chips you wish to purchase.
- Note: If you run out of V-Chips during game play all you need to do is repeat this process,
then return to wagering area(you will need to login again).
WITHDRAWING MONEY
Any time you have a positive EFS balance you may choose to withdraw some or all of your money.
Download Version:
- To withdraw money when you're in the casino, select the "Money" button on the sidebar.
Then select WITHDRAW on the right hand side. This takes you to a screen where you need to enter
your PIN number and then the amount you
wish to withdraw.

After logging into EFS, click on withdraw. From here you can cash out your V-Chips and/or withdraw
money from your account.
If you deposited money using a credit card, whatever amount that has previously been debited from
your credit card account will be credited back to your credit card immediately. Any remaining money
will be sent to you by the method of your choice.
For example: You previously deposited $400 USD into your account with your credit card. After playing
and winning, you end up with a balance of $550 USD in your account. You decide to withdraw all your
money. $400 will be credited back to you credit card while the remaining $150 will be sent to you
by the method of your choice.
Note:
* You should have received your PIN number
through e-mail when you created your account. If you have lost your PIN number contact Customer
Service and they can retrieve it for you once your identity has been verified.
ACCOUNT INFORMATION/REPORTS
You can use EFS to look at some useful information.
Download Version:
- Selecting D for REPORTS will take you to another screen with three options. B will take you
to your EFS ACCOUNT HISTORY, which lists your deposits and withdrawals from EFS, as well as
your V-chip transactions. Selecting C shows you your BETTING HISTORY, which lists your most
recent bets and wins in the casino. D takes you to the information you entered when you signed
up with the casino.

CREDIT CARD DEPOSIT
The fastest and simplest way to deposit money into your account is via credit card. Deposits
by credit card happen instantly and you will be able to wager within minutes.
Download Version:
- Select the "Money" button on the sidebar. Then select the "B" button that
says DEPOSIT. This will bring you to a menu where you can choose your method of payment. When
entering the expiry date on a credit card, just enter four digits - the month and the year -
with no spacing. For the amount enter a dollar value. Once you have entered the amount you want
to deposit, hit submit to complete the transaction.

After logging into EFS, click on "Deposit." Just follow the instructions on the site from there.
Please ensure that you are using the same zip code and state as the address that your credit
card was issued to when filling in your information. If you receive a decline message, DO NOT
try your card again as funds will be held by your bank unnecessarily. Contact our Customer
Service department and they will assist you.
Note:
* Any given credit card can only be used on one account.
* There is a limit of 5 different credit cards which can be used on any one account.
* There is a limit of 5 deposits per day with a $3,000
24 hour limit and a $10,000
monthly limit.
* The minimum amount to deposit is $20 USD.
PIN NUMBER
In order to withdraw money from your account, you will need your Personal Identification Number
(PIN). EFS Caribbean wants financial transactions to be as secure as possible and your PIN number
adds an added level of security. Your PIN number is sent to you through e-mail after you create
your account and is randomly generated for each account.
Money Transfer

After you have made the Money Transfer transaction, you can either call us up with the tracking
information or send
it to us electronically by clicking here and we will update your account within twenty
minutes
We will reimburse you for the Fee if you send $200 or more. There is no minimum or maximum limits.
From Outside the United States
Call us at 866-238-6648 for the latest Money Transfer information.
We will reimburse you for the Fee if you send $200 or more. Be sure to get the tracking number
and enter the number in our e-cash system or call World Wide Gamble.com.

Bank Wire
